New Delhi: The Supreme Court Monday agreed to pay attention to Friday a plea against the Bombay High Court’s choice to uphold the law. The Maratha network might get a reservation in admissions and authorities jobs in Maharashtra.
A bench comprising Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justices Deepak Gupta and Aniruddha Bose observed the plea that Maratha’s issue needed a pressing listening to.
It determined to repair the petition for deliberations on July 12.
The plea was filed in the pinnacle court by way of Sanjeet Shukla, a representative of an NGO, “Youth for Equality”.
