Tip #1: Clean on the inside is what counts
No matter how much time you spend getting your skin to glow, if you are not healthy from within, it will affect your skin. So, stick to a healthy and balanced diet. Avoid too much of oily and spicy foods. Dehydration is another critical reason for dull, lifeless skin. So, make sure you drink lots of water to stay hydrated and get a natural glow easily!
Tip #2: Don’t go over the top with makeup
Too much makeup will lead to dry, flaky and wrinkled skin. What’s more, many makeup products dry your skin and leave it dull. Therefore, try keeping things simple and as natural as possible. Also, no matter how minimal your makeup, make sure you take it all off before going to bed. For this purpose, you could mix some almond oil in half a cup of milk. Next, dip a cotton ball in the mixture and wipe it across your face. Repeat the procedure till all your makeup comes off. Wash your face with cold water splashes and sleep in peace.
Tip #3: Healthy flawlessness
Two tablespoons of honey mixed in a cooked and mashed carrot make for an excellent pack to prevent fine lines and wrinkles. Apply the concoction on your face, avoiding the eyes. Leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse it off with cold water. Maintaining this routine will help you prolong your youth and keep your skin healthy for longer.
