Toshiba introduced three new devices in its Excite family of Android tablets – the Excite Pro, Excite Write and Excite Pure – at Computex 2013.
Pro and Write models are engineered with the Nvidia Tegra 4 mobile processor. These models sport an 8 megapixel F2.2 camera.
The Excite Pro is priced at $499.99.
It features a 10.1-inch PixelPure display (2560 x 1600) and runs Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean).
The Excite Pro has 2GB DDR3, 32GB internal storage, an 8MP rear camera, built-in Micro HDMI, Micro USB ports and a microSD slot.
The Excite Pure is for consumers on a budget. Excite Pure pricing starts at $299.99.
The Excite Pure has a 3 megapixel rear camera.
It has a 10.1-inch AutoBrite display (1280 x 800), Nvidia Tegra 3 mobile processor, Android 4.2, Jelly Bean
The Excite Pure has 1GB DDR3 memory, 16GB internal storage, built-in Micro HDMI, Micro USB ports and a microSD slot.
The Excite Write is priced at $599.99. It also has a a 10.1-inch PixelPure digitizer display (2560 x 1600) featuring Corning Gorilla Glass 2.
The Excite Write is powered by the Nvidia Tegra 4 mobile processor, and runs Android 4.2, Jelly Bean. It also includes 2GB DDR3 memory, 32GB internal storage, an 8MP rear camera, built-in Micro HDMI, Micro USB ports and a microSD slot.
All three tablet models will be available beginning on June 25, 2013.
