The healthiest thing you don’t want to forget while on vacation is to stay hydrated. Having a drink or two is part of vacation fun and relaxation, but since your body is mostly made up of water, you need to replenish the moisture you lose.

When you eat out, order water before bed, and drink some water. And make sure you have water in the morning as well.
