iBall launches Slide 3G-7334i tablet
Indian manufacturer iBall has made another addition to its dual-SIM tablet portfolio by announcing the Slide 3G-7334i, priced at Rs 9,990.
The latest addition to the Slide range of tablets runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and is powered by a 1GHz dual-core Cortex A9 processor. This is backed by 1GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage, which can be extended up to 32GB using a microSD card. The device has a 7-inch display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels and multi-touch support.
On the connectivity front, the dual-SIM tablet comes with 3G facility on both the SIMs and supports 3G video and voice calling facility. Moreover, the iBall Slide 3G-7334i comes with a built-in receiver that helps in receiving calls directly without the need of a Bluetooth headset.
The new tablet will support 3G on both SIMs
The new tablet is powered by a 3000 mAh Lithium-ion battery. It has a 2 megapixel rear camera with a flash and a front-facing camera for video calling. The device comes with GPS and will also support A-GPS. It also comes with dual stereo speakers, Bluetooth connectivity and a wire-free FM radio facility.
iBall, in October 2012, had launched the first ever dual-SIM tablet – the Slide 3G 7334. So this latest tablet is a follow-up to the original model. Unlike the new slate, the 7334 had a single-core Cortex A9 1GHz processor and 512MB of RAM. So this tablet is definitely a step up for the company.[source:tech2]
