Help Them Recognize Their Strengths
Try to recognize when they show enthusiasm for something and gently suggest that this may be a good career choice for them. If you see them show an interest in how structures are built, indicate that they consider pursuing construction or architecture. If they seem only to have an interest in playing video games, perhaps you can try to spark their interest in the world of design.
