Quad-core Xolo Q700 set to launch later this week

Quad-core Xolo Q700

Xolo has announced that it will soon be launching its latest phone, the Q700, in India. The handset is set to be one of the most affordable quad-core handsets in the market with rumours flying around of a price tag of Rs 9,999. The handset is already available at online shopping websites such as Flipkart, but there doesn’t seem to be any mention of a price or launch date.

The phone is set to come out by the end of the week. We spoke to a representative from Xolo but were unable to get an exact launch date or pricing for the handset.

With that price tag, the Xolo Q700 is bound to become one of the most affordable quad-core handsets in the market

The handset will also be the first one from Xolo to run on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box. It will be powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor with SGX544 graphics chip from PowerVR. It will have 1GB of RAM to keep multitasking smooth.

The Xolo Q700 sports a 4.5-inch qHD IPS display. Keeping it alive is a 2400 mAh battery with a quoted talk time of 17 hours and 380 hours of standby time on 2G, and 16 hours of talk time and 350 hours of standby time on 3G.

For photographers, the handset is equipped with a 5 megapixel camera on the back and a 0.3 megapixel camera on the front. Connectivity options include the standard Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G capabilities. The handset will be available in brown and blue colours, which is rather odd considering the trend of offering handsets in black and white colours.

Whenever a computer states Quad Core processor and also the computer speed is 2,2ghz does which means that its 2.2ghz per processor? so it might be like 2,2 x4?

I presently possess a P5LP-LE system board with Apple 2 Core E6400 2.13 ghz processor. I’m searching to upgrade to some Quad Core with 2xPCI-E slots. Let me keep your cost below $300 for any mobo/cpu combo. Don’t fully realize much concerning the Apple Quads versus the AMD Phenom or whatever, but appears like AMD is available in cheaper.

Essentially just playing WoW. However I was considering SLI’ing my BFG 8800 GTX, but recognized that my current mobo has only 1 PCI-E slot, which got me considering a brand new mobo/cpu.

Im hoping to get a brand new laptop (a Mac laptop professional particularly) but am a little confused. The 13 inch states that it features a ” 2.9GHz dual-core Apple Core i7 Turbo Increase to three.6GHz” which is less expensive then your 15 inch that states ” 2.3GHz quad-core Apple Core i7 Turbo Increase to three.3GHz.

I check this out constantly in different types of laptops. Is always that its a quad core allow it to be faster despite the fact that it’s less Ghz? Why do less? May be the Quad core always faster?

Utilizing an ov. test package, I’d a late cycle LH surge on CD20, but my period did not start fourteen days next. I had been ten days late for the following period (41 days total). I have read that the period should start fourteen days after ov., what exactly will it mean if your period does not start fourteen days after ov.?
