Gmail goes down yet again

Gmail goes down yet again

Many of Google’s services are currently undergoing a service disruption. We can confirm that Gmail is down and the server was returning a 502 error. However, some users are reporting a resumption of service. The same was the case for Google Play Store, which was turning back the same 502 error when we tried downloading apps, but is now functioning normally.

While Gmail and the Play Store are still suffering intermittent issues, Google has managed to get Google+ and Search back online, after a brief service disruption. In addition, our Google Analytics was also down for our site, but is now back up. The latest disruption of Google’s services comes after a troublesome month of May, when Gmail was down thrice due to issues with Google’s Postini services.

No mention in the Gmail Apps Status Dashboard

At the time, Google stated on its Apps Status Dashboard that there was an issue with Postini services, which caused the disruption. “Our network operations team identified a 3rd party issue that was affecting System 200 inbound and outbound mail. Customers were experiencing 421 errors that resulted in deferrals,” Google wrote. Postini is an e-mail and Web security and archiving service that provides cloud computing services for filtering e-mail spam and malware (before it is delivered to a client’s mail server), offers optional e-mail archiving, and protects client networks from web-borne malware.

We’ll keep you posted about the status of Gmail as and when it comes back up, but at the moment, the service is working intermittently. Keep following tech2 for the latest update on the situation.

This is actually the second time my Facebook got compromised. I designed a second account, thinking I’d be safer this time around, but apparently I had been wrong. I am not really confident that I acquired compromised two times through the same person or otherwise. The very first time I acquired compromised, it had been only my Facebook, however the second time both my Gmail account and Facebook got compromised or was damaged into. I could get my Gmail account securely, but my Facebook continues to be gone. I’ve not been in for any week (June 23) and I am not planning to create a 3rd account yet. Among the finest my old Facebook back and discover whomever is hacking my stuff. I’m really tired of being in cases like this. It’s depressing me because this has happened two times. On my small Gmail account (at the time I acquired compromised), it shows IP addresses at the base of once the before you had been drenched on, and that i saw an Ip that wasn’t mine. And So I looked it, also it what food was in the place of my College. I am thinking it needs to be somebody I understand given that they used my school’s Wi-fi compatability. After which afterwards during the night my pal occur to see my title around the chat list on Facebook and that he was speaking to my “hacker” which person was pretending to become me. Additionally they spoken to my other buddies saying inappropriate things. Through the finish from the evening my pal could find their Ip as they was talking using the hacker. So by now I have the Ip written lower. So my real question is since I’ve the Ip of the individual that compromised into my Facebook, how do you start finding their exact place and who they really are? All I understand is they are somewhere in SF the final time I checked. Please provide every other particulars of how to locate a hacker. I can not allow him to escape again. Appreciate reading through.

I curently have AVG, Spybot, SUPERAntiSpyware, and Malwarebytes’ Anti-Adware and spyware placed on my computer. I operate a scan everyday with Spybot and connect everything which i jump on the scan. Do you consider my computer is protected even when I’ve all they anti-virus programs? Maybe I’d keylogger on my small computer, but wouldn’t the antivirus’s think it is and remove it?
